• On first use, trim the wick to 1/4 in (0.6 cm) for cotton wicks or 1/8 in (0.3 cm) for wooden wicks.
• Let the candle burn until the entire surface is melted, for a maximum of 4 hours.
• Trim the wick again before each use.
• Center the wick while the wax is still melted to prevent cracking of the glass.
