This Shipping Policy describes how Les Trouvailles de Justine manages the preparation, shipping, and delivery of orders placed on the website www.lestrouvaillesdejustine.ca
.
1. General Information
Les Trouvailles de Justine offers a selection of new items and second-hand pieces.
New items are shipped directly by our supply and manufacturing partners, while second-hand items are prepared and shipped by Les Trouvailles de Justine from our workshop in Quebec.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that some orders may be processed by different logistics partners and shipped in multiple separate shipments.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on:
product availability;
the location of the shipping warehouse;
the delivery destination and the carrier used.
In general:
New items: estimated delivery between 7 and 20 business days in Canada.
Second-hand items: estimated delivery between 3 and 10 business days.
These times are provided as an indication and may vary due to factors beyond our control (periods of high demand, weather conditions, carriers, etc.).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight, volume, product type, and destination.
Promotions or free shipping may be offered occasionally; these will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
4. Multiple Shipments
A single order may be divided into multiple shipments depending on the origin of the products.
Each package will be subject to a confirmation email and, where available, a separate tracking number.
5. Carriers and Tracking
Orders are shipped by the transport services selected by our logistics partners or by Les Trouvailles de Justine for items shipped from Quebec.
A shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number when available, will be sent once your package is dispatched.
6. Delays, Loss, or Damage
Les Trouvailles de Justine cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or loss or damage caused during transit.
In case of a problem upon receipt (damaged package, broken item, or non-compliant item), please contact us at justine@lestrouvaillesdejustine.ca
within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos and the order number.
We will work with the carrier or relevant partner to assess the situation and determine the appropriate solution.
7. International Delivery
Les Trouvailles de Justine currently ships within Canada only.
Any international shipping requests can be evaluated upon written request to justine@lestrouvaillesdejustine.ca
.
8. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the address provided during your order is accurate and complete.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at your expense.
